Missing Middle Housing Study for Greenville City & County

Impact Greenville commissioned a study by Opticos Design, a consulting firm specializing in “missing middle” housing. Opticos was tasked with identifying current regulatory barriers for diverse housing types like duplexes, triplexes, accessory dwelling units, etc, and preparing recommendations for removing those barriers.

Tony Perez from Opticos Design presented the study results and recommendations to Greenville City and County Councils in late February 2020.
